Project engagements
Submitting our contact or audit form is an inquiry, not a binding agreement. A project only begins once we've agreed on scope, price, and timeline in writing — typically through a proposal or contract sent from our team. Prices shown on our services and pricing pages are starting estimates and may change based on your specific requirements; we'll always confirm final pricing before work begins.
Deliverables and ownership
Unless a specific agreement says otherwise, once a project is paid in full, the resulting code, design files, and creative assets we build for you are yours to use. Optional ongoing care plans do not change this — you keep what we built even if you don't continue a care plan.
Revisions
Each service includes a defined number of revision rounds, described on the relevant service page or in your project proposal. Additional revisions beyond what's included are available and will always be quoted before we do the work.
The free website audit
Our free audit is a good-faith review of your site based on the URL you submit. It's meant to be genuinely useful, but it isn't a comprehensive technical or legal audit, and it doesn't create any obligation on either side beyond that initial review.
Third-party links and tools
This site links to external tools and platforms (for example, our WhatsApp contact button and client login). We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third-party services once you leave blizznex.com.
No guarantee of results
