Who we are
Blizznex is a digital agency operating from Daytona, Florida and Jaipur, Rajasthan, providing web development, app development, branding, digital marketing, 3D animation, and video design services. This policy covers the information collected through blizznex.com and its contact, audit, and newsletter forms. It does not cover the separate client CRM at crm.blizznex.com, which client and staff accounts use under their own agreement with us.
What we collect
We only collect what you actively give us through a form on this site:
- Contact form: name, email address, company name, project type, and the message you write.
- Free audit form: your website URL and email address.
- Newsletter signup: your email address.
We do not require an account to browse this site, and we do not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts on these pages. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
How we use it
Information submitted through our forms is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote or audit, and — only if you opted into the newsletter — send occasional updates about our work. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored in our internal CRM system for the purpose of managing the inquiry or project. Access is limited to Blizznex team members who need it to do their job.
Spam protection
Our forms include a hidden field and a basic timing check designed to catch automated bot submissions. This does not identify or track individual visitors — it simply helps filter spam before it reaches our team.
Cookies
This site does not currently set marketing or tracking cookies. Your browser may still store minimal technical data (such as your menu or reading preferences on blog articles) using local storage rather than cookies — this stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing info@blizznex.com. If you subscribed to our newsletter, every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Third parties
We use standard service providers to run this site and our business — for example, our hosting provider and email delivery service. These providers only process data on our behalf and under their own confidentiality obligations; they don't use it for their own purposes.

We may update this policy as our tools or services change. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
