Reputable Apple leaker Sonny Dickson shared a first look at a prototype pair of Powerbeats Pro 2 in a transparent colorway. Apple initially debuted the Powerbeats Pro 2 back in February, in four stunning colors.
Sonny notes that these are likely just a prototype version, though he doesn’t rule out the possibility of these potentially being released in the future, noting that if Apple does release it, they’d be “much more polished.”
Either way, it’s always cool to get a look at the innards of our tech products, and the Powerbeats Pro 2 are no exception.

As Sonny mentions, we’ve seen many prototype pairs of transparent AirPods in the past. Apple also released a pair of Beats Studio Buds+ with a transparent color option in 2023, though they exposed a lot less than these prototypes do.
